Terms of Use

Last updated 26 August 2026

These terms govern use of the public PostQure website. They are website terms for a UK-operated B2B cybersecurity product. They are not a priced order form, service-level agreement or certification.

What these terms cover

These terms govern use of the public PostQure website at https://postqure.com and https://www.postqure.com, including launch enquiries sent from that site.

Commercial assessments and paid services are governed by the applicable written proposal, order form or customer agreement when that document is executed.

Nothing on this marketing website creates an assessment authorisation or permission to scan, collect or analyse any asset.

You must have authority over every asset you submit or ask PostQure to assess.

Questions: use the launch enquiry form on the homepage.

Service description

PostQure is a B2B product for cryptographic estate discovery, TLS certificate inventory, verification of quantum-vulnerable cryptography exposure, evidence-backed findings and migration prioritisation.

Product tours, graphs, inventories and agent answers on the marketing site are labelled as synthetic or illustrative unless a page says otherwise. They are not your organisation’s data and they are not a live assessment.

Submitting a launch enquiry asks for a conversation. It does not create a paid subscription, grant product access or authorise any collector.

These website terms do not set a price, service level, uptime commitment or certification.

Account responsibility

If you receive console access, you must keep credentials, tokens and connector configuration confidential, use work identities you are authorised to use, and tell PostQure promptly if you believe an account is compromised.

The organisation that requested access is responsible for who it invites and for ending access when people leave.

Authorised use

You may browse the public pages and send a genuine enquiry if you have authority to contact PostQure for your organisation.

You may use the product only for lawful business purposes and only against assets you own or have written authority to assess. The Acceptable Use page forms part of these terms.

Customer responsibility for lawful authority and scope

You are responsible for confirming that every hostname, account, cloud subscription, repository or other asset submitted to PostQure is in scope and that you have written authority to assess it.

You are responsible for staying inside that authorised scope, for following the applicable cloud provider’s acceptable-use and scanning rules, and for not using PostQure to probe third-party systems without permission.

PostQure may refuse, suspend or limit an assessment that appears unsafe, unauthorised or likely to disrupt a system.

Intellectual property

The website, product interface, branding and documentation remain PostQure’s intellectual property or that of its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use the public site and, if granted, the product.

Evidence, inventories and other outputs derived from your authorised assets remain your organisation’s data. PostQure does not claim ownership of that customer evidence.

Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public information received from the other as confidential and use it only to operate or evaluate PostQure, unless the law requires disclosure or the information is already public.

Launch-enquiry contents are treated as confidential business correspondence.

Third-party and cloud services

The website and product depend on third-party cloud services, including Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare Turnstile and Microsoft 365 for the published mailbox. Those providers have their own terms.

PostQure is not responsible for a third-party outage, change or policy that is outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to restore the website or enquiry path when that is possible.

Availability and beta limitations

The public website is provided as a statically hosted product page. Availability is not guaranteed and no service-level agreement is offered by these website terms.

Features labelled as product direction, synthetic, illustrative or in development are not production commitments. Console capabilities that have not been enabled in production must not be treated as live customer functionality.

Suspension and termination

PostQure may suspend or end website, enquiry or console access if these terms or the acceptable-use rules are broken, if an assessment appears unauthorised or unsafe, or if the law requires it.

You may stop using the website at any time. Ending a paid engagement, if one exists, is a matter for that written agreement.

Disclaimers

PostQure helps organisations see cryptographic exposure and plan migration. It does not claim that an organisation is protected against every threat, that every asset has been found, or that the product replaces legal, implementation or incident-response advice.

Findings depend on the scope you authorise, the evidence available, and the limits of the collectors that are actually enabled. Illustrative scores and coverage figures on the marketing site are not warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that UK law does not allow to be excluded.

Limitation of liability

These are B2B website terms. If you use the website or product in the course of business, PostQure’s liability for loss arising from the public website or an uncontracted enquiry is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable, and excludes loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss, to the extent UK law allows.

A written customer agreement may set a different allocation of risk. These website terms do not set a numerical cap.

Governing law

PostQure is operated from the United Kingdom. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory law says otherwise.

Contact and changes

Questions: use the launch enquiry form on the homepage.

These terms were last updated on 26 August 2026. Changes will be published on this page. If a change is material to a written customer agreement, that agreement’s change process applies instead of this page.
